All payments are final. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments are securely processed through Stripe and other authorized payment gateways.
Refunds may be eligible under the following circumstances:
– Inaccurate Information: If a vehicle report contains significant inaccuracies that materially affect its value, you may be eligible for a refund. You must provide evidence to support your claim of inaccuracy.
– Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing or viewing the vehicle report after purchase, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund.
– Unauthorized Purchase: If a purchase was made on your account without your authorization, please contact us immediately for assistance.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your purchase:
– Provide your order number and details regarding the reason for your refund request.
– Our team will review your request and notify you of the eligibility of your refund within a reasonable timeframe.
– If your refund request is approved, refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
– You have accessed and viewed the vehicle report after purchase.
– The vehicle report does not contain inaccuracies that materially affect its value.
– The refund request is made after 7 days from the date of purchase.
– The refund request does not meet the criteria outlined in Section 4.1.
– Orders that have not yet been processed can be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase by contacting our support team.
– Once a report has been generated, cancellations are not possible as the service has already been rendered.
